Well, after twenty years in the United States Marine Corps, I know a thing or two about facing fear and confronting the unknown. Now, I channel those experiences into crafting chilling tales of dark fiction, blending military grit with psychological chills.
But my path to becoming a horror writer wasn't exactly a straight line from the rigors of military culture to putting words on the page. I also hold degrees in English and Human Services, bringing a unique perspective to my storytelling. You might say I understand both the mechanics of fear and the fragility of the human psyche.
You might know me from my novella "Purgatory," a terrifying exploration of the revenge and the afterlife. Or maybe you've stumbled across my short story "Waiting Out the Storm" in Scare Street's "Night Terrors, Volume 13."
Now, I'm excited to share my brand of horror right here on Substack. Expect regular doses of dark fiction, from chilling short stories to glimpses behind the scenes of my writing process.
